Eva and Jonathan planned their wedding celebration on New Year's Eve. The couple wanted all their friends and family to be able to gather over the holidays as they exchanged their vows. When it came to floral design, one of the main pieces for Eva's brief was that she wanted it to be in spirit of the holidays without being traditional Christmas decor. Instead of going with the obvious reds and greens, we landed on only using a range of hues from deep purple into bright red. It created this monochromatic look even though there were two main colors involved. For the bouquets, we skipped greenery and focused on premiere blooms. The result was glamour inspired. For the ceremony, our team foraged Magnolia, various types of pine and vines. With the foraged flora, we transformed the pergola into a natural garland influenced altar. The groom's family volunteered to bring Magnolia from their family home adding a special touch for the family. The cold weather did not stop this from being a full out celebration on New Year's Eve. Family and friends rang in the year with a toast to the newly wed couple.
