Nestled among the rolling landscapes of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, The Grand at Willow Springs provided the perfect setting for a romantic, nature-inspired celebration rooted in family, friendship, and thoughtful hospitality.
For this fall wedding, Earth & Thorn was honored to provide Floral Art Direction for a celebration designed to feel both elevated and inviting—a balance between the timeless elegance of an estate wedding and the warmth of a family-centered gathering.
From the very beginning, the couple envisioned a wedding that felt natural, refined, and deeply connected to the surrounding landscape. Together, we developed a romantic garden-inspired floral story centered around a classic palette of white and green, allowing texture, movement, and seasonality to take center stage.
Throughout the celebration, lush hydrangeas, delicate delphinium, and trailing vines created an atmosphere that felt effortlessly elegant while remaining relaxed and welcoming for guests.
Designing an Immersive Wedding Experience
At Earth & Thorn, we believe weddings are experienced as environments rather than individual floral moments.
For this celebration, every floral element was designed to contribute to an overall atmosphere—one that felt cohesive, comfortable, and undeniably special.
Guests arrived to an outdoor ceremony framed by a sculptural floral nest installation, creating a romantic focal point within the natural landscape of The Grand at Willow Springs. Lush hydrangea aisle markers lined the ceremony, guiding guests into an experience that felt both intimate and expansive.
Inside the reception, the design centered around one of our favorite installation pieces to date: a ten-foot suspended greenery ring floating above the dance floor.
Composed of layered vines and natural movement, the installation transformed the reception space while preserving the relaxed, organic feeling the couple envisioned. Rather than competing with the architecture, the piece worked in harmony with the space, creating a sense of intimacy and drawing guests naturally toward the celebration unfolding below.
The result was an environment that felt timeless, romantic, and deeply connected to place.
